    All communication regarding awarded contracts will come from the company listed on the bid proposal.
  2. What if I have questions about the bid?
    All questions regarding bids should be directed to the name listed on the bid proposal.

    • Technical problems or registration questions regarding the site can be addressed to procurement@thepartnership.org
    • For questions regarding bids, contracts, etc., please contact name listed on bid.
  4. What is involved with the required quarterly reports?
    All small business suppliers and purchasers in the program must submit quarterly reports of all new contracts and subcontracts received through this program on a quarterly basis via the online reporting form.

    For purchasers participating in both procurement programs; small business procurement and diversity supplier program, please submit figures for both programs on the online reporting form.
