Minority Business Enterprises' (M/WBEs) supplier requirements:
  1. Must register here.
  2. Must be a certified M/WBE and provide copies of certification documents to Partnership.
    • Must be currently certified by one of the following recognized certifying entities.
  3. Must provide confidentiality, diligence and constructive and candid dialog to the program.
  4. Must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding expectations of the program.
  5. Must report contracts received (Tier 1 and Tier 2) on a quarterly basis to the Partnership.
  6. Must provide feedback quarterly to the Partnership.
  7. Must bring value, quality, service, and business stability and business practices to the corporations that you service.
    • Value - We expect suppliers to understand the total cost of all products and services and strive to reduce costs through increased efficiency, know-how and overall productivity.
    • Quality - Quality is important from development to delivery. We expect suppliers to proactively take responsibility for the quality of their products and services.
    • Service - Suppliers need to grow with the corporations that they provide services for as well as have the ability to meet the aggressive project and product schedules of the corporation.
    • Business Stability - Must be stable financially. Must be able to meet the needs of the corporation in both short and long terms and have staying power to persevere through the corporate buying process to develop long-term relationships.
    • Business Practices - Conform to high business standards as it relates to workplace health, safety, workers' rights, compensation and hours and environmental protection.
