Corporate Requirements

To successfully run the program the following is required from participating corporations:
  1. Must register here.
  2. Identify opportunities for "quick wins" and engage certified minority suppliers immediately.
  3. Must report prime supplier (Tier 1) spending with M/WBEs to the Partnership as requested quarterly.
  4. Encourage prime suppliers subcontract a portion of their contracts with M/WBEs as second tier (subcontract) companies.
  5. Must provide procurement needs to the Partnership and update regularly with additions.
  6. Must provide confidentiality, diligence and constructive and candid dialog to the program.
  7. Must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding expectations of the program.
